Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1-2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 c. bread crumbs (I put old bread in the freezer and use for bread crumbs instead of buying it, but Panko Bread crumbs are good to use)
  • 1 egg

By hand blend all the above ingredients together.

Form into 2 inch balls and deep fry on 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes. or till golden brown. I use a Presto Fry Daddy with a basket to make this more simple. Set aside on paper towel to drain excess oil

Makes 30-31 balls. Serve with you favorite dipping sauce(honey mustard, bbq etc..)
