- 3-5 pound bag of small red potatoes, washed, do not cut
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 pkg of real bacon bits, such as Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- 1 sm-med onion, diced
- 1 c italian dressing, such as Kraft Italian or try Kraft Sundried Tomato
Boil potatoes whole till fork pierces easily or skin starts to peel. In a separate pan saute onions with a little spray oil till tender. Drain potatoes, use a knife and while in strainer, cut at potatoes to make smaller pieces. Place back into pot. Add all other ingredients and stir still well blended.
