- 1 pound ground venison (hamburger or pork would work too)
- 1 box of Stovetop cranberry flavored stuffing mix*
- 1 package of frozen sliced carrots
In a deep skillet, brown the meat. While meat is browning, you can cooked the carrots in water and drain before adding to meat mixture, or thaw carrots before preparing dish. When browned, add the stuffing mix and the required amount of water on the box.
Add carrots to meat and stuffing when the stuffing has soaked up the water, heat till all warm. Serve
*if you can’t find cranberry flavored stuffing, try using regular flavored stuffing and halved fresh cranberries or dried cranberries.
