- Rotini Pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 can of spaghetti sauce any flavor
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes, if your local store doesn’t have generic brand then try Hunt’s brand.
- Panko bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Johnsonville Italian Sausage Burgers 6-8 patties
In the oven, broil the patties. Ovens may vary, one side took me 15 minutes, then turn to crisp the other, this was from frozen like the box advises. Might take less time if thawed, but does take longer than the box implies.
While patties are broiling, cook pasta and drain. Place pasta in a oil sprayed casserole (9×13 or bigger).
Place broiled patties over pasta evenly, pour sauce evenly over patties, spread the tomatoes over evenly.
Sprinkle top with lots of Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle generously with bread crumbs.
Place into a 350 degree oven till bread crumbs turn golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
