- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2-3 c. uncooked Penne pasta
- 1 pouch onion soup mix
- 1 sm. can evaporated milk (6-8 oz.)
In a sauce pan cook pasta as directed on package.
In a pot or deep skillet, brown hamburger and drain grease. Add onion soup mix to meat, stirring to let excess meat grease soak into soup mix onions and coat the meat. Once well blended add milk and stir till creamy. Add cooked pasta, stir and serve.
