- Pre cooked Ham, cubed to make 2 cups
- 1 small red onion, medium slices
- 1 cube Knorr Chipotle seasoning
- course ground pepper
In a skillet add a small amount of oil to pan and heat, once heated add diced onions and saute for 3-4 minute till starting to go transparent. Add ham and chipotle, saute further till ham is well heated and slightly browned.
When done, sprinkle with pepper and serve. Suggested to serve with boiled red potatoes and butter.
